1. What is Telozar?

Telozar is a specialized telemarketing marketplace by Ametecs India Private Limited. It connects businesses needing telemarketing services with skilled TelePros for tasks like lead generation, payment reminders, event promotion, and more.

2. How do I post a telemarketing campaign?

After registering as an Advertiser, click “Post a Campaign” on your dashboard. Provide details like project type (e.g., lead generation), compensation model (pay-per-call, pay-per-sale, or hourly), and desired start date.

3. Do I have to pay upfront?

Yes, Telozar uses an escrow system for security. You deposit funds for your campaign, and once deliverables are met (e.g., valid leads), payments are released to the TelePro.

4. Can I select my TelePro?

Absolutely. You can review TelePro profiles, check their ratings, and invite your preferred TelePros to bid or directly assign them to your campaign.

5. How do I track campaign progress?

If you or your TelePro use Telozar’s cloud telephony, you’ll get real-time analytics, call logs, and performance metrics. You can also message TelePros for daily or weekly status updates.

6. What if I’m not satisfied with the calls or leads?

Telozar provides a Dispute Resolution mechanism. If you believe deliverables weren’t met, you can open a dispute with our support team, who will review evidence (call recordings, lead lists) and decide on refunds or partial payments if necessary.

7. Are these TelePros verified?

Yes. Telozar performs digital KYC checks (e.g., Aadhaar-based verification) to minimize spam or unethical callers. We also monitor call quality and compliance.

8. How do I handle compliance (e.g., do-not-call lists)?

Telozar encourages Advertisers to provide compliant lead lists and respects do-not-call guidelines. Our optional dialer can integrate with DNC databases to automatically filter restricted numbers.

9. What types of campaigns can I run?

You can run various campaigns including Lead Generation, Sales Closing, Appointment Setting, Payment Reminders, Event Promotion, Customer Support, or Product Promotions—all based on your unique telemarketing needs.

10. Can I use my own scripts or CRM?

Yes. You can upload your custom scripts or files. If TelePros need CRM access, ensure they’re given appropriate permissions and maintain data privacy in line with Telozar’s policies.

11. Is my business information secure?

Telozar follows strict data protection and privacy standards. We only share necessary campaign details with TelePros assigned to your project. Sensitive information (e.g., billing data) is encrypted and securely stored.
