Make outbound calls to customers for debt collection and loan recovery.
Follow up on overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
Ensure compliance with DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, and customer interactions.
Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues professionally.
Work towards achieving daily and monthly recovery targets.
Position: DRA Certified Tele-Caller (Collections/Recovery)
Education: Intermediate / +2 or Graduate
Experience: 1-2 years in debt collection, loan recovery, or similar roles.
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month
Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi
Work Location: Thane East (Work from Office)
Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
