Make outbound calls to customers for debt collection and loan recovery.
Follow up on overdue payments and negotiate repayment plans.
Ensure compliance with DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, and customer interactions.
Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues professionally.
Work towards achieving daily and monthly collection targets.
Position: DRA Certified Tele-Caller (Collections/Recovery)
Education: Intermediate / +2 or Graduate
Experience: 0-1 Year (Freshers with DRA certification can apply)
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 per month
Languages: Hindi, English, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada
Work Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)
Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
