Make outbound calls to customers for debt collection and loan recovery.
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
Explain repayment terms and negotiate settlements as per company policies.
Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns.
Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets.
Education: Intermediate / +2
Experience: 1-2 years in telecalling, preferably in collections or loan recovery.
Languages: Hindi, English, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada.
Work Location: Vijay Nagar, Bangalore (Work from Office).
Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience and skills).
