Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers for debt collection and loan recovery.

Follow up on overdue payments and explain repayment options.

Maintain accurate records of calls, payment commitments, and customer interactions.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide solutions.

Work towards achieving daily and monthly collection targets.

Job Requirements:

Position: Tele-Caller (Freshers & DRA Certified)

Education: Minimum 10th Pass

Experience: 0-1 Year (Freshers can apply)

Salary:

Freshers: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month

DRA Certified Callers: ₹18,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi

Gender Preference: Female Candidates Only

Work Location: Thane (W) (Work from Office)

Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
