Make outbound calls for debt collection and loan recovery.
Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
Maintain accurate records of calls and payment commitments.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide support.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Position: Tele-Caller (Collections/Recovery)
Education: Minimum 10th Pass
Experience: 0-1 Year (Freshers can apply)
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (DRA Certified)
Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi
Work Location: Pune (Work from Office)
Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
