Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment.
Explain loan repayment terms and negotiate settlements as per company guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of calls and payment commitments.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide solutions.
Work towards achieving daily and monthly collection targets.
Position: Tele-Caller (Collections/Recovery)
Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month + Performance-based incentives.
Languages: Hindi, English, and any regional language preferred.
Work Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Work from Office).
Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
